Who Are We?

We are an I/T integrator and software development firm located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Since 1982, we have been supplying information technology, systems consulting, and software application services to the Distribution and Manufacturing sectors.

We have developed our company and our software based upon several well defined goals:

• Our software is designed for use by manufacturers who are Work Order oriented and by distributors of Hard Goods. We do not make a distinction between the two in the software design since we see a common theme throughout of both Supply and Demand. Supply can come from outside purchases or from the shop floor (or both) and demand can come from customers or from the shop floor. We are equally well suited to provide a solution for Make to Stock or Make to Order manufacturers.

• Our software development and support staff is fully knowledgeable in not only computer hardware and software technologies, but also has an
  extensive understanding of accounting, manufacturing, distribution, and inventory control requirements.

• Our software is designed to "bend" to fit the users and not vice-versa. We recognize each of our clients as individuals who have their own unique requirements, and we make every effort to provide solutions that work best for them.

• Our software has been designed to fit the realistic requirements of distributors and manufacturers. Our goal is to provide programs which are not only useable, but used. Particularly in manufacturing, we have seen too many systems which are so complex to setup and maintain that the user will not (or cannot) use them successfully.

• Our firm becomes the "Information Systems & Technology Department" of our clients. As such, we fill an extremely important role. We are not just the supplier of the software "product". We provide ongoing consultation, hardware selection, and software modification services which look after each individual client as his company grows and evolves and his information needs grow and evolve correspondingly.

• Our firm is committed to providing a realistic, solid, well-proven software product which takes advantage of the most current but also most realistic, solid, well-proven software and hardware technologies available. In addition, we are committed to providing solutions that address the most current requirements in accounting, production, and inventory control. Our software is constantly being strengthened and updated, a process which will never terminate. We invest a significant portion of our time in Research & Development in order to ensure that our product continues to be a vital tool for our clients.
