• fully integrated with Inventory Control, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Bills of Material

• allows the generation/maintenance of standard costs for raw materials and labour and the subsequent updating of those costs through the bills of material to provide subassembly and finished good costing

• supports overhead application based on percentages for material, labour, subcontract, machine and general plant previous standard

• all standards for all parts (raw, sub, finished) are generated as for planning purposes before they are actually copied

• selling prices by part can be generated using markups on the standard or can be generated based on current markup % or desired markup %

• bills of material can be costed at current or proposed standards as well as FIFO based on the last three purchases desired margins

• all transactions are recorded on audit reports
