• any user can be restricted from using any menu or menu selection

• any user can be allowed access to any menu or menu selection

• any user can be given "read only" permission to any menu or menu selection

• any menu selection can be given "password protection" so that any access requires the input of a password

• all security maintenance is strictly under the control of the security administrator
